He has developed and trademarked over six effective fitness training programs and has extensive martial art experience and is the Victorian sensei for Australian Freestyle Kickboxing. Monica and Matt relocated to Tasmania in 2019 with their kids Max and Ally, where they now run Breathe In Studio at Carlton Beach, offering wellness programs that include breathwork, ice baths, infrared saunas, and personal training.
